Sorry, NO sympathy for the damn cop. He never articulates a reason for the detainment nor does he even bother to tell the man he is arrested or under detainment. At the LEAST the officer should be charged with manslaughter for killing detweiler, and attempted murder for shooting the innocent conductor or staff member. Damn cops shoot first and fuck whoever gets hit or killed. THIS SHIT HAS GOT TO STOP.
