@Anonymous, Are you referring to Rollins down windows BEFORE the vehicle goes in water? They tried to open windows/doors pretty quickly but didn’t work due to electronics failure so nothing worked.

In this situation keep calm and roll down the windows. Once the pressure in the car is equalised with the external water pressure, the door will open more easily. Stay calm, be prepared for what you need to do, hold your breath
